Learn tips and tricks to create a beautiful and delicious board complete with all the ingredients, garnishes, and tools needed, plus grocery shopping tips, portion suggestions, wine pairings, and of course - learn to make the perfect salami rose!

One hour of charcuterie tips + tricks with Say Cheese board designer Christina
All ingredients and garnishes to make the perfect cheeseboard
Palm leaf platter for each guest (not reusable, but environmentally friendly)
Packaging to transport your masterpiece home
A pairing & tasting list for each guest
Utensils to make the boards will be provided including cutting boards, cheese wire slicers, etc.

Please note: Seating is limited based on the workshop venue; private workshops require at least 6 attendees (max. 25). Please note that workshop tickets cannot be refunded within 7 days of the event as many items have been specially ordered by then. However, I am happy to help you find someone to transfer your ticket(s) to, if possible.
