Workshop:
In these one hour workshops, you'll learn to cut, style, and pair cheeses and cured meats with seasonal fruits and veggies, spreads, and other delicious accoutrements inspired by the flavors of each country.
Your ticket includes:
- Three hours of charcuterie tips + tricks with Christina, curator and food stylist at Say Cheese
- All ingredients and garnishes to make the perfect cheeseboards
- 10” square palm leaf platters
- Packaging to transport your masterpieces home
- A shopping list and tasting notes specific to each board you make
- Use of all necessary tools, such as cutting boards, knives, cheese wires, etc.
