Workshop:

In this one hour workshop, you'll learn to cut, style, and pair cheeses imported from Italy, cured meats, seasonal fruits and veggies, Italian spreads, and other delicious accoutrements perfect for flavorful and beautiful charcuterie board! 

Your ticket includes:

  • One hour of charcuterie tips + tricks with Christina, curator and food stylist at Say Cheese
  • All ingredients and garnishes to make the perfect cheeseboard
  • 10” palm leaf platter 
  • Packaging to transport your masterpiece home
  • A shopping list and tasting notes specific to the board you make
  • Use of all necessary tools, such as cutting boards, knives, cheese wires, etc.

You're welcome to bring wine, beer, or your beverage of choice! Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your seat.
