Workshop #1: CLASSIC CHRISTMAS
Bring the comforts and familiar traditions of Christmas to your very own charcuterie board! In this workshop, you'll learn to create festive cut-outs in creamy brie, fold spiced salami, sample frosted fresh cranberries, and build a perfectly festive red and green board with artisan cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal fruits and veggies, locally made jams, and more.
Workshop #2: LET IT SNOW!
There's nothing prettier than quietly falling snow blanketing everything in glittery snowflakes - so let's recreate that magically peaceful feeling in a winter wonderland-inspired charcuterie board! In this workshop, you'll create a soft-hued board with a variety of delicious white cheeses, delicate prosciutto, artisanl crackers, and a variety of "snow-frosted" fruit and herbs.
